1. Apply #1 Bond- Let Air Dry
2. Apply #2 Base - Dip in Natural Base Powder
3. Repeat #2 Base - Dip into Color Powder
4. Apply #2 base - Dip into Color Powder
5. Apply #2 base - Dip into Color Powder (If Necessary)
6. Apply #2 Base - Let Air Dry
7. Apply #3 Activator Liberally- Let Air Dry
